My journey into counseling

My path to becoming a counselor began with a strong desire to support children and families facing mental and behavioral health challenges, the focus of my training experience. I earned my Bachelor's degree from Hunter College CUNY in 2008, followed by my Master's and Education Specialist degree from Seton Hall University in 2011. I currently hold my license with Maryland as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LC 7585).

Therapeutic Focus

My specialization lies in trauma work, providing a safe and understanding space for individuals to process and heal. Additionally, I have developed a particular niche in supporting high functioning, neurodivergent clients. I help them navigate challenges related to ADHD, OCD, anxiety, panic, relationship stress, and general life adjustments. My goal is to, truly, empower each client to build resilience and thrive.
